Meet the directors of GenDrive, Nigel Jakeman, Dr. Artur Krasnodebski and Tim de Vere Green

Dr Nigel Jakeman

Dr. Nigel Jakeman, Managing Director

Dr. Jakeman has a strong background in new product introduction and is also a co-founder Director of GenDrive.

A Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology, he holds a PhD from the University of Sheffield. His business strengths embrace quality control, marketing and operations management. In his time at Cummins Generator Technologies, Dr Jakeman was a senior design figure and qualified as Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dr Artur Krasnodebski

Dr. Artur Krasnodebski, Technical Director

Dr. Krasnodebski graduated from the University of Warsaw with a Masters degree and PhD.

In 2000 he joined Cummins Generator Technologies where he became a senior design figure on a major new product introduction program – the Variable Speed Generator.

Since joining GenDrive as Technical Director, Artur has led the development of the Totus inverter.
Tim de Vere Green

Tim de Vere Green, Investor Director

Tim represents external investors interests on GenDrive’s board. He has worked as a management consultant, with Arthur Andersen, investment banking with Barclays de Zoete Wedd, and is currently an Investment Director with Thames Valley Capital Ltd.

Tim has wide experience of business angel and venture capital transactions as both principal and adviser, particularly in the technology sector. He serves on the board of several early-stage businesses and has extensive experience of the operational and strategic issues faced by entrepreneurs.
